[evlatests] Ku band interference

     I looked at last night's Ku-band holography data for RFI. Very 
little seen this time -- far less than in either of the two previous runs.

     ea02 and ea16 showed a single, fairly weak, intermittent RFI birdie 
at 15448 MHz.  That's it.
