[evlatests] pulsed emission at P-band

I'm looking at the 'moon' data, taken a few weeks ago.

There is a remarkable 'pulsed' emission visible throughout. It is
strongest when on the moon (over 10,000 Jy!), but seems to be visible
everywhere we look.

The period is *exactly* 60 seconds. The frequencies are at 290.2
and 291.1 MHz -- the two pulsed birdies are exactly in unison, and are
separated by a little less than 1 MHz.

Anybody have any idea of what we're seeing?

     Rick
