[evlatests] P-band checkup update

Hi everyone,

Today Vivek ran for me a quick test observation again on 3C147 to check 
out P band after last Thursday's low band brigade report.

1) I am happy to confirm that ea08Y looks good now, as previously noted 
by Vivek.

2) After the ea01 realignment, cross-polarizations are back to where 
they should be for baselines with this antenna.

3) Previously unreported was that ea28X does not work very well, showing 
larger than 1 dB bandpass ripples. All other band passes look good. This 
could be a cable issue.

4) Very large cross-polarizations are still seen on some antennas, as 
previously reported by Rick.

      The worst from this observation are: ea06, ea27, ea17, ea15

      The best from this observation are: ea01, ea07, ea11, ea14, ea18, 
ea22, ea24

It would be great to look into the worst misaligned dipoles, of which 
none have the new style P-band dipole mounting jam nut and to identify 
the reason for the strong bandpass ripples on ea28X.
