We had to do some considerable rebuilding on the P-band dipole for 
EA01.  It was an old spare unit not used in years.  While it has the 
alignment target on the bottom plate, I don't recall if I checked how 
closely it was aligned to the dipole elements.  It is possible to mount 
that plate with a 2-3 degree offset between the target cross-hairs and 
the elements.  Would that be a factor here?  Is that used for the 
subreflector indexing?  If so, we can drop the dipole and check the 
alignment of the target.
