[evlatests] Two (probably known) issues at P-band

     ... noted in the test yesterday:

     1) 14 'R':  no astronomical signal.

     2) 19 'L':  Very strong standing wave -- 6dB peak-peak (power).   
Period is 4 MHz (corresponding to ~ 35 meters length).
     3) antenna 3 very low power in both polarizations (down by more 
than 10 dB from the average).

     Antennas 7, 8, 12 and 16 were out of the array.
     All others looked quite good.
