[evlatests] ea16 status

Rick, I believe the dry air system was functioning on ea05, but the
desiccant was saturated - possibly the radome was leaking too much for
heavy rain we had. On ea10, James Boswell reported the compressor for
the dry air system had experienced a failure, which might have
contributed to the trouble. I think that both of these issues have been
addressed by now, but I'll look into it on Friday.

Because of some required training for our group this morning and
thundershowers this afternoon, we were unable to make it back to ea05 &
ea10 today for a follow-up visit. More mandatory meetings tomorrow, so
it will be Friday morning before we can try again. Jon Thunborg gave me
two sets of the new two-piece radome clamps, which we will install on
ea05 and ea10, after letting the feed air out.
