a16 is on the master pad and is beginning to work. Current problems: 1. L band ploarizatios are swapped 2. S band fringes are weak; perhaps the rx is warm. 3. No fringes at X band; more water? A pointing run is needed. That can be doen at C band tongiht if the antenna is still working at the end of the day.
