[evlatests] DTS 20Hz from L305

Matt has made a version of the L305 firmware that uses a 20Hz modulation 
(in place of the 19.2Hz) in the timecode to the DTS.  It has been tested 
successfully on the bench, and we would like to install it into an 
antenna during this week's maintenance day.  The change was transparent 
to the Deformatter on the bench.

Which antenna should receive the modified L305?  And are there any 
preparations that need to be made at the WIDAR end to support the change?
