[evlatests] Some Flagging Issues

A test was done early Monday morning, in which C and X bands were
rapidly alternated.

This revealed a couple of issues:

    1) ea05 seems to have a sticky subreflector. Nearly half the scans
-- at both bands, were flagged by the on-line system. Yet the
visibility amplitudes appear to be fine. Likely the subreflector is
'close' to the approved values, but sufficiently off to trigger the
flag. Does this antennas have a known problem with its subreflector?

    2) ea02, on IF 'D' only, gave no fringes. This seems to have been
flagged by the system at one band (X), but not at the other.

    3) ea23, in IF 'C' has the 'zig-zag' bandpass indicating a DTS
problem. Interestingly, only four of the eight subbands (2, 3, 6, and
7) show the characteristic shapes. The other four look normal. (Is
this explainable?)
