[evlatests] Some low-band issues

    Fine with me.  But I do hope that, if something is found, which can 
be trivially repaired (such as, reversing a pair of cables), it can be 
repaired by somebody in the field?  This simple action wouldn't seem to 
be wasteful to me ...
