[evlatests] System Health Check

Another check of the system, in preparation for the 'flux densities
run' was run last night. Each band was briefly looked at, on three
sources (3C48, 3C147, 3C138).

In general, the system is running very well indeed! Only a very few
problems -- and a lot of the problems I reported on yesterday are now
resolved.

The summary: (all antennas except ea15 were in the array)

    1) P-band: Antennas which are claimed to have receivers, but which
produce no fringes, are:

    ea01, ea03, ea08, ea19, ea26, ea27.
The other issues reported yesterday about PDif and Tsys are the same.

    2) L-band: All antennas fringing. Pdif is zero, or very low on
ea17A and ea25C. PDif is very noisy (useless) on ea23C, ea14D, ea19D.

    3) S-band: All antennas (including ea03) are fringing, and give
useable PDif. (ea06A is probably still variable in PDif, but this was
not easily evident in my short on-source observations).

    4) C-band: All antennas fringing and giving good PDif. (ea14,
which was weird yesterday is now fine).

    5) X-band: All antennas fringing. But ea02 still gives zero PDif
on all IFs, and ea12 gives very low PDif values. Fringe values are
normal, so these issues are not related to system temperature.

    6) Ku-band: All antennas except ea23 fringing and providing good
PDif. (ea10, which gave bad PDif yesterday is now fine).

    7) K-band: All antennas except ea23 and ea28 fringed and gave good
PDif. ea28 has already been repaired.

    8) Ka-band: All antennas except ea23 giving good fringes and PDif.

    9) Q-band: All antennas except ea23 giving good fringes. ea08
still has zero PDif. ea23 also gives meaningless PDif.
