[evlatests] ea23 at Ku, K, Ka, Q bands

    There's something weird about ea23 at these high frequencies. 

    Emmanual states that, from the 'stress test' run last night, all is 
in good order with this antennas at these bands.

    But my two tests, done last night, and on the previous nights, says 
something completely different:  There are no fringes from this antenna 
at these high frequency bands.  And there is no good switched power 
either. 

    It is (IMHO) important to diagnose and correct the problem.  What 
can we do?
