[evlatests] ea19 switched power at L-band

    A 6-hour run at L-band was done Saturday evening. 
    Antenna 19 is not performing well at L-band.  The visibility 
amplitudes are low, and the switched power is both low in amplitude and 
quite unsteady on short (second) timescales.  The variations in PDif are 
over a factor of two. 

    I understand that the lack of fringes in ea04 in RCP is known and 
corrected.
