We went out and checked for crossed cables and we didn't find any of the 
cables associated with the switches crossed. X-band cables go to a set 
of splitters to break it up into the 4 IF's and the outputs go into 4 
different switches.

We didn't change anything. It looks like the X-band are crossed inside 
the receiver.
