    The monthly 'Sci-Tech' meeting will be held tomorrow, Thursday, 
April 11, at 10AM in Rm 317. 

    Agenda (so far ... more may be added later):

    1) Summary of Memo 166:  Full-band 3-bit sensitivities vs. 8-bit at 
C, X, and Ku bands --    Emmanuel

    2) Summary of Memo 168:  Sensitivity loss at all bands using 3 cf. 4 
compressors  -- Emmanuel

    3) Discussion of the mysterious 1.7 msec time offset of the VLA, 
recently found  (Vivek, Barry, Walter, et al.)
