[evlatests] Ant 02 and Ant-04

C132875 Ant-04 we replaced the T304-d D1 not fringing

C132876 Ant-02 we replaced the L302-4 phase jumping

Hopefully this will correct both problem. I will close out both work 
orders and if this doesn't fix the problem we can open a new work order.
