[evlatests] Lunar PDifs for K-band

    At this band, we're getting about 200K additional temperature from 
the moon -- so the power ratio (Moon/coldsky) is about a factor of 5. 

    Antennas 23 and 25 gave zero-mean (noise only) PDifs. 
   
    AC freq = 24.5 GHz. 
    BD freq = 19.4 GHz.

    The 'compression table' looks like this.  Note there are some very 
large compression factors.  (i.e., values << 1).
