4 and 5 (both problems with 24) in the DTS system are affecting
8-bit as well as 3-bit data.

2 and 7 are known broken 3-bit samplers.  They cannot be turned on
and are on the list of things to work on.

3.  Delay errors are transient.  We set delays after a maintenance
day or serious hardware work.  More care is taken with 8-bit than 3-bit
systems.  That will have to change soom.

6.  ea25C1 (a Hittite sampler) has been misbehaving for a while.
I don't rememeber the root cause, only that we don't trust it from
day to day.
