[evlatests] hittite samplers on ea03.

At first blush (well second, but all's fair in love) the Hittite
board looks promising, though evaluation of noise and calibration
linearity will have to wait for tomorrow.

Sample histograms (left) much better than Teledyne (right).

RF levels were nearly correct, over-driven by a dB or so.
Also, delays were way off, it can only get better, right?

Cross talk on Hittite board (A1C1) no worse than other boards.

ea03 A2C2 was removed. B1 D1 B2 (teledyne) were OK. D2 had a big
suckout over the middle ~1GHz.
