[evlatests] Sudden Delay Change

    A holography test was run this morning, at 6cm.  Data in general 
look very good.  But ... ea02 had a large and sudden delay change, on 
all four IFs, of nearly 100 nsec (the change was different in each IF).  
The time for this was between 13:15:21 and 13:18:55, IAT.  The 
amplitudes appear to have remained the same.  The new, large, delays 
were not stable on the RCP side, with both A and B showing two different 
values, appearing on individual scans. 

    Anybody know what happened here?
