[evlatests] ea05 standing wave R-pol

Antenna ea05 is showing a disturbing standing wave in its R-pol as seen in
my L-band test data. It is clearly visible in both IFs A and B.

The periodicity of the standing wave is about 4.6 MHz, corresponding to a
free space reflection length of about 33 meters.

The max to min ratio of the pattern in about 1.3.
