[evlatests] New Switch stress test

    New switches are installed in ea14.  I ran a 'stress test' this 
morning:  1 hour, rapidly changing around all eight bands, with about 81 
separate tunings. 
   
    ea14 behaves very well.  None of the notable bad behavior seen 
before in the old switches.  There are some '1-db' gain changes -- 
possibly to be expected, since I did not sit long enough on the initial 
scan for the settings to be remembered.  (But I have a recollection that 
this problem was supposedly repaired?)
