[evlatests] Non-functioning L-band antennas

    I give below a list of antennas which are either not fringing at, or 
are giving very weak fringes at L-band.  I presume all (or most) of 
these are due to the L-band amplifier issue, but list them nonetheless. 

    ea18 and ea24 are providing no fringes at any IF. 

    ea05 gives very weak fringes in LCP. 
    ea23 gives very weak fringes in LCP
    ea26 gives very weak fringes in RCP.
