[evlatests] IF 'D' Wobbles -- Perplexification Grows ...

Another test, to attempt to narrow the location:

Observe in the same setup as the first observation that showed
the problem. Keep all data paths and frequencies the same.
Interchange which correlator chips handle IFs BD i.e. make LCP/D
go to the chips that did RCP/B before. I bet (a modest sum) that
the problem remains in the path that makes IFD, not in the chips
that correlate it.

| An earlier test, taken in *exactly* the same way as the 3C84
| database which showed the 'wobbles', but with a different object (3C273)
| , shows *no* wobbles at all.
| The two tests used the same frequency setups and same sequence of
| observations.
|
| I'm trying a short test tonight, on 3C84, using two different
| frequency tunings. The first utilizes the same setup that produced the
| wobbles, the second interchanges the AC and BD tunings.
