[evlatests] Array status

We looked into the various new receivers etc. from this double maintenance day:

- 3-bit tests
   : delays have mostly remained stable
   : ea07 B1D1 believed to be installed but shows no fringes.  Others on ea07
     are fine.

- Upgrades:
   : ea01 Ku band installed & works
   : ea01 L  band installed & works
   : ea11 K  band receiver swapped, works but a little weak
   : ea11 Q  band recevier removed
   : ea23 L  band LCP very weak all this week
