[evlatests] Results of Correlator testing today...

S001-b-5:  (ea02-D), DP0 (8bit path) filter chip 8 consistently tests 
bad. It may have been testing bad since last week, inspection of data 
might be in order... (I believe this should correspond to subband 8).

B102-b-2:  Testing shows no received data from X1Y6, for any test I run.
B102-b-4:  Testing shows no received data from X6Y3, for any test I run.
