[evlatests] two more antennas with 3-bit samplers

The cabling in ea14 was done right today.  Fringes using three
bit samplers were obtained between ea07 and ea14 using both AC1
and AC2 paths.

The executor wrongly sets a switch in the T304s causing the
second three-bit path to fail unless changed manually at each
scan.  Until an executor update is done, this can be remedied
by using the test version of the executor.
