[evlatests] Tardy Antennas

    Reviewing data taken on 'Herc A', taken last July, it is noted that 
a few antennas are consistently slower in moving large distances than 
others. 

    1) By far the worst is antenna 18:  On a long (4-minute) slew, it is 
more than 30 seconds behind the median in getting on source. 

    2) Next worst is antenna 5.

    3) After this, antennas 2, 3, and 28 are notably slow (but the 
differences are now not large).

    All the others are quite similar.
