[evlatests] Other X-band issues

    In reviewing the data, the following problems were noted (at X-band):

    1) Antenna 5 has a system temperature of about 500 K -- in both IF 
pairs (and both polarizations). 

    2) Antenna 12, in IF 'D', is giving nearly zero fringe amplitude.  
In addition, the PDif values for this IF (only) are effectively zero -- 
only noise. 

    3) No fringes were obtained from antennas 1 2 3 4 8 9 11 15 17 20 22 
27 and 28 at 11.3 GHz, which presumably is due to these antennas not yet 
having received their wideband receivers. 

    All else is good.
