[evlatests] Switched Power Compression?

    Unfortunately, I confused the bands when I reported that the PDif 
compression at C-band on ea24 had disappeared.  I was looking at the 
X-band data at the time (which never showed the problem and still 
doesn't).   In fact, at C-band, the PDif compression in LCP when 
observing Cygnus A is as bad as it ever was -- nearly 50%!!!
