[evlatests] Intraday Polarization Variability

Note that these plots are A1C1, i.e., one pair of the 3-bit samplers.
Just so's the 3-bit folks notice...

Btw, oh mighty Rick, for those of us less clued in: does this level of
stability meet EVLA requirements?  I have trouble translating these
plots into ability to detect very weak polarization signals; particularly
because I can't tell whether the various antennas behave randomly (which
would average down across the array) or in synch (which would not, and
which might be expected if these variations are due to thermal changes).
