[evlatests] Intraday Polarization Variability

    Attached are a couple of png plots of the D-term cross polarization 
within the same day.  Yellow is the polarization for the first half of 
the 6-hour run, and green is for the second half. 
    The differences are trivial. 

    What really matters in the polarization business is not what the 
cross-polarization is, but rather how stable it is.
