[evlatests] Outstanding Ku-band sensitivities

    The EVLA sensitivities at Ku-band are simply stunning.  We now have 
16 antennas equipped at Ku-band, plenty to establish the overall array 
performance. 
    Using the same methods as described for X-band:

    The project book required an SEFD ~ 400 Jy, so you can see we've 
cleared that bar with 'room to spare'.  The efficiencies are exactly as 
expected, so, again, the superb performance is a result of the 
outstanding receivers on the array. 
    As before, errors should be no more than ~5% on any of these 
quantities.
