[evlatests] L band on EA24

Okay now, let me get this straight;

Step 1: It appeared that the L-band polarizations were reversed on initial
install.
Step 2: John went out and swapped the polarizations.
Step 3: It appeared that Step 2,  did not fix anything, so John went back
out and undid step 2 last Thursday.
Step 4: Cryo went out and swapped the polarizations again last Friday.
Things appear to be okay now.

Conclusion: Cryo is better at swapping polarizations than the Front End
Group is.  :-)

For what it is worth, work order number C130120 was CLOSED out after the 
cables were swapped last week:

Work Requested:  Failure - R. Perley reports that antenna 24 L-band is
cross-polarized.

Corrected Action:  Swapped RCP & LCP at the receiver.  31Oct.11--JMc.
Adjusted or Completed

Once again proving that two negatives always make a positive...
