[evlatests] L band on EA24

For what it is worth, work order number C130120 was CLOSED out after the 
cables were swapped last week:

Work Requested:  Failure - R. Perley reports that antenna 24 L-band is
cross-polarized.

Corrected Action:  Swapped RCP & LCP at the receiver.  31Oct.11--JMc.
Adjusted or Completed

Once again proving that two negatives always make a positive...
