    An addition to the following message:

    This problem is also present at X-band.  It is absent at all other 
bands (L, S, Ku, K, Ka, and Q) (i.e., the PDifs are normal at these bands).

    There is something amiss with the switched power on ea24, at C-band 
only. 

    The RCP side shows negligible PDif (4 millicounts in A, -3 
millicounts in B, where 300 millicounts is the normal), and very low 
values in LCP (about 45 millicounts -- 10% of the expected value).
