[evlatests] Correlator outage tomorrow

The question came up in the Coordination Meeting about the status of 
the 128 MHz clock to the WIDAR during the outage tomorrow.  While the 
work is going on in the central racks and on the timecode fiber, 
assume that the 128 MHz will also be missing for long periods of 
time. I don't think this causes any risk to the WIDAR but we were 
asked to let everyone know. Of course, everything will need to be 
restarted after clock and timecode are restored.
