Mike and I looked at the RF- input of the 3-bit digitizer with a 
scope in the lab.  We could see no obvious DC offset or noise  that 
pin of the ADC.  We can't really try adding a capacitor to that pin 
as it would break our method of aligning the demux logic in the FPGA 
and we don't have access to the 50 Ohm termination since it's inside 
a RF switch IC.
