[evlatests] Wobbleitis remains ...

Michael took some data with 0.2 second dumps, at C-band on 3C273.
Vivek gave a brief report (below) -- this one is a bit more detailed.
As always, the effect is seen equally in both polarizations and on both
subbands.

    1) There are clear wobbles, but are clearly visible on only a few
baselines.

2 x 6: 1.5 second period in phase, barely visible in amplitude
2 x 10: 6 second period in amplitude, 3 second period in phase.
Easily seen on both.
2 x 18: 1.5 second period in amplitude 0.75 second period in phase.
6 x 18: 1.5 second period in phase, not easily seen in amplitude.
9 x 27: 1 second period in phase, barely visible in amplitude.

    2) Antenna 25 shows apparent phase 'wobbles' on all baselines, but
these look more like delay 'clunks' -- the antenna is at N2.

    3) There are numerous examples of apparently period structures, most
easily visible in amplitude, on all sorts of baselines. But they are
not clearly sinusoids, as are so easily seen on the baselines listed
above.

Plenty wobbles, e.g. all baselines to stations e.g. ea3 C and ea25 ABCD.

And particular baselines e.g. ABCD on 2-18, 6-18, 16-18,18-22, 2-6, 2-10,
2-22.

On to more tests with special f-shifts and/or special integration times.
