    We ran three tests of 'subreflector rotation' yesterday, each with 
three bands, resulting in 9 separate databases.  Of these, the first, 
spanning 22:05 to 22:27 IAT yesterday afternoon, has no SY file.  The 
second file, spanning 22:28 through 22:51, has a partial SY file -- the 
data are present for the last 3 minutes only.  All other subsequent 
files have SY files, and each of these is fully populated.
