[evlatests] More Switched Power Curiosities -- S-band

Eleven antennas are listed as being outfitted at S-band -- one of
which (antenna 22) is apparently 'back in the shop'. The remaining ten
give good fringes in both AC and BD IFs (tuned, for this experiment, to
2.5 and 3.5 GHz).
But not all give good switched power:
* Antennas 10 and 24 give no switched power -- same as the other
bands (see Ken's earlier note today as to the immediate cause).
* Antenna 12 has essentially no measureable switched power in all
four IFs. The detected level is 40 millicounts -- about a factor of 100
too low. This is not seen at C or X bands.
* Antenna 6, in RCP only, gives wildly variable synchronous power.
LCP is fine.
* Antenna 27 is the exact opposite of antenna 6 -- the LCP switched
power has crazy fluctuations, while RCP is fine.
In addition, the ratio of (Power on Cyg A)/(Power on Calibrator) is
far to high for two antennas in the 'B' IF (antennas 8 and 15), while
the ratio is fine in the other polarizations ...
