[evlatests] first (crossed) fringes for ea10

ea10 was declared usable today.  Fringes were achieved at
C band, but in the crossed hand products.  No correlated signal
was seen at X band in either the parallel or crossed hand
products.  K band was not tried at all.

There was sufficient confusion over the correlator today, that
it is worth trying at X band again tomorrow under calmer
conditions before looking for hardware problems.
