[evlatests] Zeros in Friday data

We now believe that these zeroes are associated with particular Baseline
Boards and are working to understand what exactly is wrong with those
BlBs, and why the problem manifests in this way.  I plan to avoid
the problematic boards in scientific observations, so hopefully we won't
see this in actual RSRO data.
