[evlatests] state of the array: a few antenna based problems

I've tried recovering the L302-1 in Ant 3 by rebooting via the M303
and remotely cycling the power in the LO/IF rack - neither
worked. The module will be replaced on Monday. I reset the L305 and
DTS modules after cycling the power so IF's B&D should be ok.
