ea17 was declared pointable today with receivers at C, X and K bands. It fringes at all IFs and bands. Delays have been set and pointing is close; I expect referenced pointing to work for K band. I have been assured that there will be more receivers next month. We should include ea17 in all observations to wring out any remaining problems.
