Given the current configuration of the OPT and executor we
cannot tune (without editting a VCI document) below 1458 MHz,
so most of the AC defaults are not readily obtainable.  I
have written a suggestion to deal with this to evlatests and
evla-sw-discuss.

the two Q band subands overlap by 10 MHz.  which one
do we want to change?
