[evlatests] EVLA is hosting a celebration lunch

On January 21 at 12:00 noon, EVLA is hosting a celebration lunch at the 
VLA cafeteria.  EVLA is celebrating accomplishing a long list of 
milestones including transitioning to the WIDAR correlator.

Speakers include: Bob Dickman, Mark McKinnon and Rick Perley.
