[evlatests] set and remembered

Hi Rick --

the set-and-remember test is now available as

/home/scamper2/AIPS/WIDAR0/s-and-f-test_001.55246.97892927083*

Note that there are *two* FITS files, one with the C and the other
with the X band data.

Each has 4 x 128 MHz spectral windows (subbands 0 1 2 3), 64 channels
in each of four pol'n products, no auto-correlations. I expect
the X band subbands to be the wrong way around still.

The big question: can one connect the amplitude gains between scans,
or are there still 1 dB jumps?

I've cc'd evlatests since the original message went there, but Rick
is checking these data and I don't think any other perusal is necessary
at the moment. This is the first recent, maybe-reliable data set taken
in two bands though, so perhaps a CASA pundit might have a quick look just
to check there are no oddities.

                 Michael
