After the correlator was brought to life again the measured
delay errors were more moderate than before the shutdown.
I have zeroed the residual delay errors at X band once again,
and have also made the crossed hand delay small.

At other bands there are one or two antennas that have delay
errors as large as 5 or 6 ns.  Crossed hand delays were verified
only at X band.
