To clarify, what has been noticed is that delays changed a lot
between Friday morning and Monday morning.  One of the things
that is known to have occurred is work using the CM to configure
hardware Friday afternoon.  It is also known that Kerry was at
the VLA Friday afternoon, that two station boards have been
rebooted, and that some station boards in racks 4 and 7 are
using either timecode-B or clock-B or both.
